Weely Goals #2

Food:

Goal 1: Write down everything I eat at least 5 times this week.
Goal 1a: Do not eat anything after dinner at least 5 times this week.

Activity:

Goal 2: Do a video 2 times this week.

Well-Being:

Goal 3: Do not ask about conversations that I don't need to know about.
